The site horiva.io is published by Samuel Leclerc, operating under the name Horiva, based in Rome, Italy. For any question about your personal data, you can write to horiva.contact@gmail.com.
When you write to Horiva by email or fill out a Checkpoint questionnaire (Google Forms), the information you provide (name, email, questionnaire answers) is sent directly to horiva.contact@gmail.com and, for the Checkpoints, stored in a Google Forms spreadsheet accessible only to Samuel Leclerc. This data is used solely to understand your situation and respond to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and is kept only as long as needed for the exchange, then deleted at your request.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic (pages viewed, visit source, time on site). These cookies are only set after your explicit consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page. No advertising or retargeting cookies are used on this site.
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), applicable to visitors located in France, Italy, and the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. The Checkpoint questionnaires are hosted by Google (Google Forms). These providers may process technical data (IP address, connection logs) strictly within the scope of providing the hosting service.
