Practicing with someone close to you helps you feel more comfortable, but a friend isn't trained to pinpoint exactly what's holding your speech back, or to simulate the real pressure of facing a recruiter. Horiva reproduces real conditions and gives structured feedback, interview after interview, until you've mastered it.
It depends on how much time you have before your interview and your starting point — which is exactly what gets defined during the Checkpoint and the initial Consultation. The format is calibrated to your real deadline, not a standard multi-month program.

Horiva is designed for professionals who already have a solid base in French but lose their composure under the pressure of an interview. The initial Checkpoint checks that coaching is genuinely the right fit for your situation before you start.
The process always starts with a Consultation call, to check together that the coaching matches your needs before any commitment to a full program.
The assessment is free. Then there are two plans: a single lesson at €25 (1 hour), or Horiva Fondamenta at €125 a month (4 lessons of 1h15, unlimited grammar sheets and corrected exercises, one pronunciation recording corrected per day). For study-related oral exams (Erasmus, admission, thesis defense), there are the Essential, Advanced and Signature plans. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal.
The three plans aren't defined by a fixed number of hours, but by the level of coaching and personalization. Essential suits focused preparation for a specific interview with a short deadline. Advanced (the most recommended plan) adds more practice cycles and feedback for deeper transformation. Signature is the most personalized format, for more complex situations or higher stakes. The right plan is suggested after the Checkpoint, not chosen blindly.
A first typical cycle (a "Win Cycle") runs around several sessions spread over a few weeks, with feedback between sessions. The exact number depends on your real deadline before the interview and the work needed: it's calibrated during the Consultation, not set in advance.
One-on-one coaching remains the main format, because every interview situation is different. A small-group format (cohort) exists for cases where several people are preparing for the same type of deadline, at a different price from 1:1 coaching. If that's your case, mention it in the Checkpoint or during the Consultation.
Yes, that's a common situation, especially for interviews at international organizations where you may switch between French and another language depending on the question or the person asking. Preparation then focuses on the French portions, while taking the overall context of the interview into account.
After the Checkpoint (the initial questionnaire), the Consultation is a direct conversation to clarify your situation, your goal and your real deadline, and to define together the format and pace best suited to you. It isn't the preparation itself yet, but the step that lets it be calibrated correctly instead of applying a standard program by default.
No one can guarantee the outcome of an interview, which also depends on factors outside your preparation (the role, the competition, the organization itself). What Horiva does is get you to the interview with a method tested on your own case, free of language- and stress-related blocks, so every factor that depends on you is working in your favor.
